Sponsorship Packages

Level 1 – Supporting Partner $100 (White Tier)

Benefits:

  • Company name listing on the website donor page
  • Mention in our semi-annual e-newsletter or social media post
  • A printed “thank you” in our annual report

Level 2 – Community Partner $500 (Blue Tier)

  • Logo placement in semi-annual newsletter
  • Logo featured (e.g., in the “Supporting Sponsor” tier on website and printed materials)
  • Two social media posts (one on Facebook, one on Instagram) highlighting the sponsor
  • Recognition in event signage for two events (main event + smaller ancillary event)
  • Logo placement in our annual report

Level 3 – Community Builder $1,500 (Black Tier)

  • Larger logo placement on website homepage and on all event signage
  • Regular social media recognition (e.g., four posts over the year) + mention in press release or community bulletins
  • Recognition in our brochures and program flyers distributed to families
  • Sponsor spotlight in your newsletter (feature article/profile of the business)
  • Option to provide branded swag or collateral in event goody bags
  • Exclusive “Presented by” mention for one major event or program (e.g., “Presented by [Sponsor]”)
  • First right of renewal for next year

Level 4 – Visionary Sponsor $5,000 (Platinum Tier)

  • Prominent logo placement on the SOA SERVE homepage and “Become a Sponsor” page (with link to sponsor’s website)
  • Recognition as a Platinum Sponsor in all event materials and media releases (digital and print)
  • Logo featured on signage at major SOA SERVE events, including Snack Box Events, Back to School Event, and School’s Out Family Day
  • Verbal acknowledgment at event openings, key moments, and during news or media appearances.
  • Annual impact report highlighting youth served, programs delivered, and outcomes achieved, featuring the sponsor as a key partner
  • First right of renewal for the Platinum level the following year
  • Option to co-brand a youth program with recognition in materials and on the SOA SERVE website
